Ignite Your Qi with Dr. Skopp

woman doing tai-chi outdoorDid you know that Qi (pronounced chee) is the energy and life force that is inside your body? Qi not only contains power, but it also contains the underlying wisdom to facilitate a good and healthy life. Since everything has Qi, Qi connects us to the Universe around us.

Sometimes, your Qi can be deficient and needs to be boosted to ensure we have the energy to live a high-quality life.

How can we do that? One avenue is doing Qigong. Dr. Skopp is a Dragon’s Way Qigong instructor and does online classes teaching you these self-help techniques.

In Qigong, you’ll learn to move your Qi and gather additional Qi to help improve your health. Qigong uses various movements, positions and forms including standing meditation to facilitate Qi flow and gathering. The best part? Anyone can do it! There’s no need to be a superstar athlete to learn Qigong.

The greatest benefit of practicing Qigong is creating body harmony and balance. This can result in improved health, less pain, and less reliance on medicine. In fact, due to Qigong practice, Dr. Skopp had asthma that his pulmonologist declared was now in remission!

If you’re interested in learning more about Qigong, you can sign up for our Covid-safe Zoom series. All classes are virtual, running roughly 60-75 minutes in length.

Learn more or sign up today by giving our practice a call or email us at info@skoppchiro.com!

Hi Marty, I am interested in your Dragon's Way zoom classes. And maybe my husband Andy too. 'S drHow much are your classes? I am having a hard time getting moving. I did Kristin Thiel's Dragon Way classes many years ago and it was great. I have the book and an old CD of Dr Wu doing the ten exercises but having a hard time self motivating.
